Home and Other Visits
Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the clinic (within a 10km radius).
A fee may be charged if not on a pension or health care card.

Telephone Access
GP's in the practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the GP will return your call. In an emergency your call will always be put through to a GP.
Immunisations
Our immunisations nurse is available for childhood immunisations. An appointment is necessary and you should bring your child's "blue book".
Free influenza vaccinations are available seasonally for patients aged 65 years or older.

Prescriptions
Appointments are necessary for regular repeat prescriptions. If no appointment is made there may be up to a 20 minute wait.

Our practice is committed to preventative care. Reception staff will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.
We also use State and Federal reminder systems such as the Pap Test Register. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or receptionist know.
